The short version
The free keyword tool runs entirely in your browser — we don't see your book titles or keywords, and no account is needed. The paid members area stores only what it needs to work: your license key's identifier and the data you choose to save (keyword lists, tracker imports). We don't sell data, we don't run third-party advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Free tool: nothing. Keyword generation happens in your browser; inputs are not sent to our servers.
- Members area:when you sign in, we validate your license key with Polar (our merchant of record) and store a session cookie plus the key's non-secret identifier. If you save keyword lists or import an ads report, that data is stored in our database, linked to that identifier, so it syncs across your devices.
- Purchases: checkout is handled entirely by Polar. We never see or store your payment details.
Cookies
One first-party session cookie (akk_session), used only to keep you signed in to the members area. No analytics cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Where data lives
The site runs on Vercel; member data is stored in a Neon (PostgreSQL) database. Payments and license keys are managed by Polar. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Amazon account connections
A planned feature will let members connect their Amazon Ads account (via Login with Amazon) to sync campaign data automatically. If and when it launches: access will be read-only, used solely to show you your own campaign performance, revocable at any time from your Amazon account, and never shared or sold. This policy will be updated before the feature goes live.
Deleting your data
Use "Clear data" in the tracker to remove imported report data, or email us to have everything tied to your license deleted. Signing out removes the session cookie.
